Joyhobe currently offers two types of Baccarat games:
Classic Baccarat
Insurance Baccarat
Classic Baccarat is played with 8 decks (416 cards). The card values are as follows:
Ace: 1 point
10, Jack, Queen, King: 0 points
Cards 2–9: Face value
When the total points of a hand reach a double-digit, only the second digit counts as the hand value. The winning hand is the one with a total closest to 9.
In each round, two hands are dealt: the Player’s hand and the Banker’s hand. Cards are dealt to the Player first. If either hand totals 8 or 9 on the first deal, it is a natural win and no further cards are drawn. If no winner emerges, a third card may be drawn according to the Three Card Rules.
Optional side bets include: Big/Small, Banker/Player Pair, Any Pair, Perfect Pair, Bonus Play, and Super Six.
Insurance Baccarat allows players to place a side bet at fixed odds according to the Baccarat Insurance Pay Table. This bet is offered before the Player or Banker hand goes for a third card, based on the Baccarat Table of Play.
