Before submitting any withdrawal requests, you must verify your email address, phone number, and date of birth. Follow the steps below to complete your account verification:

Step 1: Access Your Profile

1. Log in to your Joyhobe account.

2. Go to Profile > Personal Info.

Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number

1. Click the “Not Verified” button next to your phone number.

2. Select Verify — an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS.

3. Enter the OTP within 5 minutes (before it expires) and click Submit.

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address

1. Click the “Verified Now” button next to your email address.

2. Select Verify — an OTP will be sent to your registered email.

3. Check your Inbox (and Spam/Junk folder if necessary).

4. Enter the OTP code and click Submit.

Step 4: Update Your Date of Birth

1. Click Edit Birthday.

2. Enter your year, month, and day.

3. Click Save to confirm your update.

Once all three steps are completed, your account verification process will be finished and you’ll be able to submit withdrawal requests successfully.
