For security reasons, your Joyhobe account will be automatically locked after multiple unsuccessful password attempts.
If your account becomes locked, please follow the steps below to reset your password:
Step 1: Click the “Contact CS” button on the screen.
Step 2: Select “Send us a message.”
Step 3: Choose “Account Issue,” then click “Account Locked.”
After requesting three SMS password resets, you must wait 72 hours before making another request.
You must log in within 15 minutes of receiving your new random password; otherwise, it will expire.
Resetting your password via SMS will not affect your ability to request a reset via Email.
If you cannot reset your password through SMS, you may request a reset via Email instead.
If both SMS and Email resets fail, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team. A representative will verify your identity manually and help reset your password.
