However, in certain situations, Joyhobe may request your identity card for verification purposes.
An identity card may be required if:
You update or modify specific personal information on your Joyhobe account;
There are discrepancies or inconsistencies in your account details or transactions;
Abnormal or suspicious account activity is detected.
Notwithstanding the above, Joyhobe reserves the right to carry out verification checks on any member whenever it is deemed necessary or appropriate to ensure account security and compliance with our policies.
