To reset your password, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Joyhobe homepage, click ‘Login’, then select ‘Forgot Password’.

Step 2: Choose your preferred method to reset your password.

Via Email: Enter your username and the verified email linked to your Joyhobe account, then click ‘Confirm’.

Check your inbox for a randomly generated password (don’t forget to look in your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox).
